As CEO of the UK operations of two large health care businesses, and subsequently as a management consultant at many private hospitals in England and Wales, I secured substantial improvements to revenue and profits, increasing the sale value of every company I worked for. My approach combines process improvements, growing insurance and NHS contracts and a focus on clinician buy in.
